I am Chad Ayers, Agricultural Instructor and FFA Advisor at Madison High School. I have been teaching for 8 years. My first year and a half was spent teaching 6th grade Science and Madison Middle School. The next 6 and a half years were spent teaching Agriculture at Mountain Heritage High School. I am excited for this coming year as it is the first year teaching at Madison High School. I am Nationallly Board Ceritified and should finish my Masters in Agriculture Education in December 2012. I thoroughly enjoy my job. I work with the best students and teachers.. I teach Agriscience, Horticulture (Honors) I & II, Animal Science (Honors) I & II. While I enjoy teaching my classes, serving as an FFA Advisor is what I enjoy the most! The FFA gives me an opportunity to provide experiences to my students which will help them excel in life. These experiences make a positive difference in my students lives by developing their potential for preimere leadership, personal growth and career success!
